Born and raised in St. Louis, Diane used her creative talents in church at a young age. In the basement of her parents home is where her training began. Since that time, Diane has worked with a variety of theatre groups and portrayed a range of characters from the Dragon in Shrek the Musical to Rose in Fences. Her voracious passion for theater has afforded Diane the opportunity to direct productions such as Katori Hall's The Mountaintop, Todd Kriedler's Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Diane delivers with a spirit of excellence. She is also the Co-founder and Executive Director of the New Jersey Creative Artists Collaborative which was established to inform, inspire and illuminate black, indigenous and artists of color.
Diane is an experienced public speaker and workshop facilitator. She has delivered numerous speeches, presentations and training sessions to small and large groups. Topics range from leadership to diversity and inclusion to acting principles in a corporate environment. Through Toastmasters International, Diane achieved the highest educational ranking of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). In 2012, she was the only female finalist to compete in the World Championship of Public Speaking. Diane continues to inform and inspire audiences through various speaking engagements. Diane holds a master of science degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor's degree in Communications which serves her well in her position as Director of Staffing, Global Diversity & Inclusion for an international media company headquartered in New York City.
